General Questions

  • We do purchase or consign used writers. To receive a quote, please complete the “Sell or Donate Writer” Form under the Service Navigation Link.

  • Yes. Please visit our Shop for refurbished writers, as well as new writer accessories.

  • We offer a 1-year warranty on all used machines. Warranty covers parts, labor and shipping.

 

Service

  • We offer repair, maintenance (tune-up), inspection and diagnostic services. Everything needed to keep your writer working like new. See Services Offered page for additional information.

  • Writers should undergo an annual maintenance (tune-up) to function at peak performance and decrease the chance of breakdown.

  • Writers are typically serviced within 3-5 Business Days after we receive your writer. In some instances this may be expedited.

  • Expedited services and shipping are available at an additional charge. Expedited requests can be made on the Service Request Form.

  • Service Discounts may be provided under certain circumstances. Examples include the need for service on multiple writers, a service and a repair requested in same session or referral services. Please contact us to discuss your specific instance.

  • We value your trust and stand by our service. All repairs are backed by a 1-year warranty covering the parts repaired or replaced. Any additional repairs will be charged accordingly. Our annual maintenance service is backed by a 90-day warranty. Battery chargers and batteries are also covered under a 90-day warranty.
